Buyer Beware (Revised)

Mom March 22, 2026The playset looks nice and seems reasonably sturdy, but it was much larger than expected and didn’t work for our space, so we were unable to use it. When I reached out regarding a return, the cost was nearly as much as the item itself, and there didn’t seem to be any effort to offer a reasonable solution. Between the sizing issue and the lack of helpful support, this ended up being disappointing overall. I would strongly recommend measuring carefully and reviewing return details before purchasing. After numerous emails, the issue was resolved and we appreciate the help we recieved. The customer service department was very helpful in the end.
So much fun! My Kids love it

Juandaniel120 July 13, 2026This slide was great addition to our playroom my kids absolutely love it! My two year old has a lot of fun sliding feet first and head first. No one has gotten hurt. Good size for toddlers and good value for the money.
