Write about this	What to send with it
Sizing and fit	Inseam, saddle range, helmet circumference, which frame for which child. Send the measurement and the model name and we can usually answer in one reply.
A part arrived bent or missing	Tell us the model, the part and what the carton looked like. We keep spares for everything in the current range.
Assembly stuck halfway	Send a photo. Nine times in ten it is a sub-assembly fitted the right way round on the wrong side, and a photo saves four emails.
Something is unsafe	Say so in the first line of the message. Those are read before anything else, including on a weekend.
Where is my order	We cannot see it. Delivery, tracking, invoices and payments live on the order page of the store you bought from, and they can see all of it while we cannot.
Press, wholesale, anything commercial	Same mailbox, put the word in the subject line and it gets routed on the same day.
